The Cisco Unified Communications Manager facilitates phone system functionality and supports PC applications (such as Cisco Unified CallConnector & Attendant Console), VoIP gateways, IP phones and multimedia applications within an enterprise office. Other services such as Unified Messaging, Multimedia Conferencing, Contact Center and interactive Auto Attendant are fully supported.


The product consists of a complete communications and service package, including the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Bulk Administration Tool, Cisco Communications Manager CDR (call data registration) Analysis and Reporting Tools, Cisco Unified Communication
Manager Real-Time Monitoring Tools and the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Assistant application.
